Hi, I’m Victoria Mallon, but you can call me Vicky. I
‘m Edinburgh based, in a studio within the ART complex of Edinburgh Palette on London Road.
In addition to managing my current clientele, I love the variety of challenges and opportunities my work affords me. Whether it’s creating hair that will stay on a cliff side photo shoot on a windy day, or making a shy bride look like a movie star for her big moment, no two briefs are the same. What remains constant is that sense of satisfaction I get knowing I have delivered a bespoke look for a unique occasion.
Since my first weekend job in a salon, whilst still at school, I have been passionate about hair. In my London years, I have had the privilege of working with the late Terry Calvert in Clipso, training with some of the best in the business, including Darren and Jackie Ambrose (DJ Ambrose).
Becoming a make up artist was the natural next step on from hair-styling. After taking some initial courses in London, I studied with Sarah Hill’s Make Up Academy, Glasgow. Since qualifying I have had the good fortune to work on a number of commercial campaigns, the most high profile being Haig Club.

An amazing hairdresser who always works hard to deliver what her clients want. I wouldn’t want to go to anyone else.
