I still get a tinge of excitement with every fresh wedding enquiry, as I know I’m about to be part of a very special moment in your life.  There are few tasks as gratifying as taking you from that first expectant conversation through to the sleek and finished look that will appear in your wedding album. 

As awe inspiring as weddings are, they sure can be stressful. I make it my goal to make your day easier and to bring to life the customised looks we’ve already agreed on and rehearsed.

Ideally, we meet prior to the big day for a trial appointment to discuss and test out what it is your hoping for how we can achieve this for the best possible outcome. testing looks and advising on skin care for optimum results on your ‘big day’ .

For hair styling I prep the hair with product and tools to ensure the style holds and gives the appearance of effortless style. I can also advise and help you with any colour, cutting or any enhancing details such as extensions ,pieces, padding or wefts for the look if required.

I advise you use the opportunity for an occasion the hair can be tailored into a different look if required. I recommend washing the hair the night before and left to dry or dried with no product and no straightening prior to the appointment

With your makeup, we discuss your skincare routine; I can advise on a tailored preparation plan with recommended skin specialists. We then test out the chosen look to make sure you’re 100% happy with the idea you and I have discussed. I suggest you keep the make-up on when you leave the appointment so you can see how the look wears for the rest of your day and to see it in different lights. It’s also worth photographing the look to see how it looks on camera.

It’s a good idea to book your trial on a day you have an occasion or event such as a hen night or date night to see how the look works for you. With this feedback, we will finish with a tried and tested style that will last beautifully through the day and long into the night…

Lashes and Airbrush foundation are optional and included in the price/quote.

A deposit is required of £75 to secure the booking.
Travel and or parking will be charged at 50p per mile return travel from the center of Edinburgh.
